| "Location superb!
Service was poor. Room was not cleaned on the 2nd day even though calls were made to housekeeping in the morning and afternoon. Housekeeping finally came and made the bed but did not remove the in room dining tray nor did they clean or refresh the bathroom amenities or towels.
Lunch was ordered at the pool, it took more than an hour and half for them to deliver this after having to walk back and forth a few times from the pool to the spa reception and when lunch finally did arrive it was a wrong order, Calzone instead of Mushroom pizza. The hotel could have made tremendous F& B revenue from all guests that were at the pool but no service to order drinks or food.
Bell staff very slow in pricking up and delivering luggage, had to wait more 30 minutes for my luggage to be taken down to the taxi send which caused a delay in catching my flight from the airport.
Overall did not get the sense that the hotel cared for my business!

| "Room is spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, just opposite Queen Victoria Building. Monorail is within 3 min walk. However it is more a business hotel than a tourist hotel. " |

| "The biggest asset of this hotel is its location - right in the middle of the city. It's actually built above the Pitt St Mall which is the main shopping area. Only 10 mins walk to Darling Harbour, 20 mins walk to Circular Quay and close to two train stations make it an ideal location for exploring Sydney.
We arrived on an early flight and were able to check into our room by 11am which was fantastic.
Great pool and gym area as well." |

| "Though the overall stay was good, the location of the room on 11th Floor (Room 1122) did not not give a good outside view. When I pulled up the window shades, all I saw was the cemented top rooftop of something. As a not that frequent international traveller, I would expect slightly better location for me to view the Sydney skyline. Other than that, I do not have any issue about the hotel. Thanks." |

| "Excellent location!! The monorail that goes around town is just 1min walk away - that takes you around town including Darling Harbour (watering hole), Chinatown (great eatz) & Convention Centre (conventions). The Sydney tower is just next door - great for lunch with an excellent view! Right in the heart of the shopping district! The Casino is just not too far away too just across the Darling Harbour.
Definately a recommend." |

| "Location is the most advantage feature, no ground floor entrance hall is the big draw back, the other facilities are more or less similar to other hotels within the same category." |
