"The room was not serviced appropriately before our arrival. The bed was made (not sure if the sheets were changes) and that was about it. There was a half bottle of drank soft drink in the bench, half used bath wash in the shower, dirty toilet seat and a dirty towel on the floor. We asked someone to come and amend at a certain time as we were going out then, they sent the person early which was quite inconvient when we were trying to get ready. Overall not a very good experience."
