I really appreciate your hotel even sometime your staffs quite busy and can't support me but total all I will come back to stay here again.

| "The hotel offered everything we were looking for, excellent service and great facilities at a reasonable price which is very important to me as I am a pensioner. Being so close to the railway, we had convenient access to all the venues we wished to visit. We will most definitely be staying at THIS hotel next time we visit Sydney." |

| "I stayed at the Travelodge Wentworth twice - at the beginning and at the end of my trip to NSW. The staff were very efficient and accomodating, and patient with my quiries about directions about town. Because I had a rental car, there were a limited number of hotels with parking availability. The parking garage is an easy 2 blocks walk from the hotel, was very easy to enter and exit, and the hotel provides a discount on the parking fee. The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to so many sights in Sydney. I was travelling alone and felt safe within the hotel - security is assured since only those with room keys have access to the hotel elevator/lift. Yes I would stay here again and would gladly recommend it." |

Friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness good.
Bit of walk to centre but railway nearby so no problem.

| " On entering the hotel we found travellers sleeping on
lobby seating.We were offered no assistance with our luggage. As we were early 1 1/2 hrs.we asked for assistance,we were escorted to a storage room,
dragging our own luggage.As the seating was being used for beds there was no where for us to wait.
The bar was not in use, the restaurant was only for
breakfast so it was closed.The staff was to busy to direct us, so we were left to fend for ourselves.
I must say the staff did the best they could under
these conditions, However the service was not up
to the standards we expected from the Travelodge hotel.
