The hotel was in a good location with The Rocks/Circular Quay, Darling Harbour etc a 10 minute stoll away. Public transport is available (bus/train)within 200m. The staff were very pleasant and gave assistance when needed, problems being dealt with speedily.

| "Room was quite good, but extemely noisy, despite being on the 16th floor. Other noisy guests did not allow much sleep either. Reception staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful & did not even know where the Westin Hotel was! When looking out our window in the room we could see it in the next street with huge neon sign! You need better staff than this!" |

| "The location was perfect for our needs, being a short trip via rail to Darling Harbour. Staff were very helpful with one helping us find our way around via the underground rail service. This helped us enjoy our stay greatly. Food was good quality and well presented." |

| "The location is excellent. It is located within a few minutes walk from Circular Quay and almost right next to the Wynyard train station. The room is clean and all the basic ammenities are provided. It is a little cramp for 3 but just nice for 2. If you are looking for a decent hotel in a good location but do not want to spent too much money since you don't spent much time in it, this would be perfect." |
