| "we just loved it smashing pool and gardens,room and facilites very good, seconds from the beach. and after a long drive the smiling receptionists was a bonus if we are ever lucky enough to be in that area again we will certainly stay there" |

| "we enjoyed the location and the accomadation.
there was a minor problem with small red ants.
there were no self catering facilities available so we would probably not return.but idealy situated for those wishing access to the Strand a sea front area well resourced for the visitor " |

| "The resort is beautiful, the landscaping and pool area were impressive. The room was adequate, but not lavish by any means. The shower had a short glass door, so the bathroom floor got very wet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was well kept and clean. You can see the water from the resort, but to get to the beach (an area where you can sit) is about a 5 min. walk. The "strip" which is the really nice beach area, as well as parks and restaurants is about a 10-15 walk. I didn't eat at the restaurant at the hotel, but did order room service and had lunch at the bar, the meals were good and resonably priced. " |

| "We couldn't fault this facility, the staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, the pool and grounds were very picturesque.
The beds were one off the best we have slept in on our travels, as soon as you lay down the mattresses moulded to you body.
The bathroom was fantastic for me as partly disabled, but the shower itself was very big. The restaurant was very good and the buffet breakfast was varied.
So yes if we are ever up in Townsville again I would have no hesitation in staying there again." |

| "Very nice hotel, lovely pool and bar area and good breakfast! The staff were really helpful although it was a little far out of the town centre for us because we didn't want to drive out for dinner, we had to get a taxi. Overall though, nice hotel and it would be good for a family for a couple of days." |
