This property is tired and rundown. We were with a group and had several rooms; all had badly worn out furniture and carpets, non-working A/C, and just generally beat up looking rooms. Rude management response was 'what do you expect for $104".

"We stayed here 2 years ago and were so impressed we go back again in April 2004. We cannot recommend it enough - fantastic rooms, well equipped, beachfront location with an excellent restaurant, friendly staff... shall I go on?"
