



The Graben Hotel **** At the end of the 18th century the house was known under the name "Einkehrgasthof zum Goldenen Jägerhorn” (The golden hunter's horn Inn). Franz Grillparzer was known to spend a lot of time there. Between 1913 and 1919, it was a popular meeting place for well-known authors, like Peter Altenberg, Franz Kafka and Max Brod.In 1927, the Graben Hotel was purchased by the Kremslehner Family. The hotel with its 52 rooms is situated in the city centre at the beginning of the old town district.
