"When I was suddenly moved from Westin's other Vienna property--The Imperial--due to construction delays, I was put in The Bristol, a less highly rated hotel but still 5 stars. I could not have been happier as my room was upgraded to a suite directly facing the Opera House in Vienna; the hotel welcomed me with complementary fruit, minibar, champagne and a torte. I was very impressed with the staff's helpfulness, the speed with which they responded to every request and the quality of service and room amenities."
