| "The hotel was good. However, these are the only problems:
1. Smokey smell in the room
2. Breakfast was very average
3. Far from the CBD
4. Nightclub booming until 3am (and I was on the 6th floor)" |

| "Overall I was pleased with your hoteel. The room service when I ordered a meal had to be called a second time and at breakfast I was given the wrong plate, omlet. Other than that it was a very good experience." |

| "I frequently travel to Bahrain and normally would never stay in a Best Western hotel due to bad experiences with these hotels in the US.
I was extremely pleased and impressed at not only the service, the staff were very friendly and accomodating and gave outstanding service. The room was clean and obviously newely refurbished with lots of room and everything we needed.
If there were any negatives i would say maybe the olive restaurant could be made more welcoming and the pool area more inviting.
Overall i would definately stay in this hotel again it was very good value for money and the staff ensured our stay was very pleasant.

| "We mainly only used the hotel as a place to stay so cannot comment on the facilities but the room is good. As others have noted try for a high floor as the night club is noisy, we were on the 4th and it was still quite noisy and doesn't finish until after midnight (don't let this put you off the hotel, it's avoidable). The quality of the room service is excellent for the ME (compared to Oman or UAE anyway). Within a block of a restaurant strip and supermarket. No problems at all with the parking system." |

| "The hotel was fine with the exception of the loud and irritating noise coming from the night club / bar of the hotel which kept me awake from 22:00hr until O2:00am. The problem was solved by changing room the following day from the 4th floor to the 6th floor." |
