"Good size room, with normal amenities. Ceanleness was ok but could have been better. Breakfast was good. With nice pool area. Only real complaint was the taxi we got from the hotel, we got ripped off!!!!! Make sure you check the fare, or ring for your own taxi. "

"Personally I liked the hotel very much, its location is also quite good, all the big malls are nearby. The hotel itself was really good, the lobby and then the room was really sizeable and also the bathroom was actually quite nice, although the shower was a bit too small. but the water pressure what I normally miss in Bahrain is fantastic. We never went for dinner or lunch to the restaurant, only for breakfast which was for a four star hotel not very appropriate, but still ok. The pool area is amazing, it is very comfortable to lie on the tenth floor next to quite cold pool in mid of february. especially because only a couple of people were there every day, sometimes we were the only ones which makes it even better. it is defiunitely not crowded. the housekeeping was very good, they cleaned everything and tidied up our mess, thanks so much, great effort. the only thing I have to criticise is the service, when i asked for internet access they told me to bring the card to the room in 10 minutes. 50 minutes later somebody came after i called two times. the internet did not work, but when i complained they told me that I have to pay it in an unfriendly manner. the hotel was overbooked that week and they called me a day before our departure saying that the check out is today, i was really threatened by that and had to show copies and everything. they noticed that i was right, but they did not apologize once... service improveable, the location and facilities absolutely amazing for a four star hotel. i would definitely erecommend tyhe hotel, for further questions contact me"

"We really liked the bathroom with its 9-nozzle shower stall, bidet & hose, extendible close up mirror, and roominess. Orbit and lots of free to air (but no show time) on a 25" (27"?) TV. Comfortable king size bed, desk, cable (but no wifi) internet hookup for a price, 2 easy chairs and a table. 1BD/hr computers downstairs. Excellent breakfast with everything but smoked salmon included (and you can order the salmon off the regular menu). Bahrain is not pedestrian friendly but we took our chances and walked to the Seef, Bahrain, and Dana Malls."

"Hotel adminstration kept our passport with them, however when we need them, they requested me to cover the excess things by credit card while we did not have any ( for me I consider that as a lack of trust ) Thanks"

"The Elite Suites (the "Hotel") location is suitable for those who're fond of going to the malls, which are just a stone's throw away from the property. The Hotel is clean and well maintained. The Dining Room staffs are courteous, and the breakfast they serve is just fine. Unfortunately, the Hotel lacks meet and assist service, so guests have to carry their luggage to their room. During our 1st day in the Hotel, the towels in our bathroom were slightly brand new, but on the following day, we were given worn-out, somewhat-murkish towels. The Front Desk staffs do not seem to know the city very well. When we asked them where it would be nice to dine, they didn't have a definitive answer (we told them what we were looking for). So their recommendation: go to the foodcourt in the nearby malls! One morning, our car brokedown in the hotel parking lot; we felt so helpless (who wouldn't if you were strangers in a strange country). So, we approached the front desk staffs to inquire where we could find a car mechanic. Instead of assisting us or giving us some assurance that everything would be ok, their immediate reply was, "Sorry, we ourselves even find it hard to get a carwash boy." And that was it, what else can you expect from them??? We don't have any complaint about the Hotel's facilities; they're just fine. However, we would like to suggest that the Hotel management should see to it that their front desk staffs were well trained and friendly, willing to help their guests, or at least show interest in their guest's predicament. As travellers, we always consider the hotels we stay in as our second home, or our home away from home. We wish that we could call Elite Suites our home the next time we're back in Bahrain. "

"I like the hotel it's a nice place , very friendly staff, very clean, very warm lights inside the rooms, clean white sheets and comfortable bed, but I wish that the false fire alarm become silent and starts only when there is a real fire. Thats all. thank you.."
