| "This is a modern hotel in a quiet, semi-surburban setting, close to a motorway, but with pleasant surroundings. Stayed in a standard room, which was medium size, but very clean and well appointed. Breakfast (the only meal we took there) was fine - wide variety of good quality cereals, fruit, yogurts etc plus hot and cold choices meats, eggs etc. For those using public transport the helpful hotel staff provided information about the tram, but there was also a bus stop closer to the hotel which we only discovered ourselves (too late)although the bus terminated a little short of the most convenient tram stop. With the walk to the tram, plus tram journey to the near centre, allow about half an hour, then an easy walk to the Old Centre, Cathedral etc. Either way, make sure that you ask the reception for a 10 trip pass, saving nearly 50% ! Would stay there again." |
