I have been going back to BRU for several years now and I have always satyed at this hotel. I know the staff, the staff are friendly, the location is great and i am treated nicely!

| "Excellent hotel in location near many restaurants (200 m)and shopping (0 - 50 m), but about 700 m from tourist section.
The hotel itself is sharp and modern, well managed.
The executive club serves an excellent breakfast, complimentary to club guests, but space is limited." |

| "My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel and room suited our needs. Only problem was we were put next to a family who had young children who got up at 7 am each morning perhaps this could have been noticed when allocating us our room. The staff in the restaurants, bar and at reception were excellent in their manner and very helpful. Only negative was, on the day we were leaving we enquired as to the price of a taxi to Chatleraux airport and the receptionist said about 50 euros when in fact it was 150 euros had we known the true cost would have taken a taxi to bus station and then got a bus if we had known, perhaps it would have been better for the receptionist to say she did not know. Just minor things and on the whole an excellent experience.

| "I have been staying at this hotel for 4 yeras now and it has alwyas been GREAT. But this time everything, room, size, even the reservation was poor and lower than expectation. I have already discussed the problems with the GM of the hotel. Thank you
