"Internet fascility is poorly available, if in my country it will be free of charge. You shouldn't excessively charge for this service, fair enough if you need to charge certain amount. I missed my favourite football match especially the English premiere league.TV size too small, in my country we dont use such small TV any more especially in big hotels. We are starting installing plasma TV , come to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Hilton Hotel if you don't beleive me, and the price for standard room is even cheaper compared with yours.No free newspaper ,please come to Malaysia and see what five star hotel is all about......compare with your price !!!!!
Swimming pool was open at 10 am during my stay too bad I had to leave at 9am.
Anyway with the price I paid for the standard of your fascilties, I may say it is just unacceptable.
