The motivation behind Frangipani Villas inspired by travelers who expressed a gap in the accommodation options available in Phnom Penh, particularly pleasant establishments in which to relax and meet with friends.Frangipani Villa-60s was newly renovated 1960s (Golden era) building, offering a beautifully restored example of modern Khmer architecture with a pleasant café within a quiet, safe and pleasant environment in the centre of the city. After a successful opening of Frangipani Villa-60s and with a high demand of reservation during low and high seasons, Frangipani Villas extended its business to include Frangipani Villa-90s with a unique design and a pleasant café. Frangipani Villa-90s was renovated 1990s building which was copied 1960s villa style.
