| "Very nice hotel with good restaurant and polite staff. Located close to everything, though at walking distance are only few local restaurants. Easy to take motorbike/tuk tuk to everywhere." |

| "We stayed at the Anise Hotel for 21 nights and would thoroughly recommend it. Our superior double room was large, clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The price included free breakfast, laundry, daily newspaper and internet which made it very good value, and the breakfast menu was quite extensive.
It's also well located, the area is quieter than the riverfront but with plenty of restaurants and bars close by and the supermarket 5 minutes away.
We will definately stay here again." |

| "All together the hotel was good, for a stay in Phnom Penh. You can walk easy into the city, there are restos around and a few shops.
Only the breakfest was a la card, there was no lift and we lived in the 4th floor :0).
There is free internet availebale.
Only ppoor was, that they had with our last day of staying not enough rooms left for all guest, so we had to stay in another guesthouse near by." |

| "Poor value for money compared the the hotel that i stayed in Siem Reap. Breakfast bad, only one cup of coffee, no refill. Bathroom shower broken, hot water not available, coffee making facility in room poor. Aircon in room not cool due to poor maintenance. No way I will recommend this hotel to friends.

| "We stayed in a deluxe room and obviously the balcony is like our corridor and not much use. We need to opened 2 doors inorder to go into our room and worst of all there is no door bell. Hence when our friends knocked on our door, we couldn't hear them at all. The water heater is not strong enough, hot water supply stopped when the bath tub is only half filled. Internet speed is very slow. No lift and we have to climb all the way to our room. However the hotel does provide nice breakfast with different breakfast set and juices to choose from, lots of TV channels and free laundry services with unlimited pieces." |

| "Overall, the room is clean and amenities are adequate, although the rooms are not suitable for handicapped access as the hotel has no lift facility. Some suggested improvements:
1. Unable to book "twin room" option on-line, internet booking only allow "double room" - staff should try to exercise flexibility to allow guest to change to twin room upon check in.
2. Room is very hot in summer, air-con only cools the bed nearest to the air-con unit. Should install electricity plug at the other end of room so that guest can plug in the fan from the side to cool the room.
3. Pls fix shower curtain, we want to keep the bathroom as dry as possible for the next person to use.
4. Pls have the name of your hotel and address written in Cambodian in your confirmation. All the drivers have a hard time trying to locate your hotel." |

| "The Hotel is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative point is their reservation system. What you can also read in some other comments is true. We had a confirmed booking from asiarooms fro 3 nights in a Superior Twin. When we arrived they had lost our booking. The first night we were put in a not so good hotel next door and the following 2 nights we got a Standard double which is also quite nice actually. So if you are not unlucky with your reservation getting lost and really get a room this is a nice place to stay." |

| "I fould the hotel to be quite comfortable, clean and friendly. The laundry was well done, but not regular in being returned. I came home and found that a pair of trousers sent out 2 days before I left had not been returned. The free internet was a good bonus but the server needs to be upgraded if this is going to remain a selling point--and it is. The lack of elevator can be tedious if you are on the top floor. I especially enjoyed the newspaper delivery to my door in the morning and the room was spotless. It would be nice to have a bedside lamp for reading pruposes. My small gold hoop earrings vanished during my stay at the hotel and while I am reluctant to suggest that that a hotel employee may have removed them from the nightstand where they were always placed because I cannot be certain of the exact date they disappeared, it is a concern. The hotel location is perfect and the terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or meet with someone at any hour of the day. Breakfast choices are exceptional." |
