I fould the hotel to be quite comfortable, clean and friendly. The laundry was well done, but not regular in being returned. I came home and found that a pair of trousers sent out 2 days before I left had not been returned. The free internet was a good bonus but the server needs to be upgraded if this is going to remain a selling point--and it is. The lack of elevator can be tedious if you are on the top floor. I especially enjoyed the newspaper delivery to my door in the morning and the room was spotless. It would be nice to have a bedside lamp for reading pruposes. My small gold hoop earrings vanished during my stay at the hotel and while I am reluctant to suggest that that a hotel employee may have removed them from the nightstand where they were always placed because I cannot be certain of the exact date they disappeared, it is a concern. The hotel location is perfect and the terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or meet with someone at any hour of the day. Breakfast choices are exceptional.

| "The room was ok and the hotel too. However, the place doesn’t have stairs and if you don’t get a room in the first two floors you are going to be really tired. The staffs don’t speak English so the communication with them is really difficult. We asked for a wake up call because we need to take a transfer at 7 am. and they never did it (we don’t know if they didn’t understand or they just forget it!)" |

| "Very nice hotel with good restaurant and polite staff. Located close to everything, though at walking distance are only few local restaurants. Easy to take motorbike/tuk tuk to everywhere." |

| "We stayed at the Anise Hotel for 21 nights and would thoroughly recommend it. Our superior double room was large, clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The price included free breakfast, laundry, daily newspaper and internet which made it very good value, and the breakfast menu was quite extensive.
It's also well located, the area is quieter than the riverfront but with plenty of restaurants and bars close by and the supermarket 5 minutes away.
We will definately stay here again." |

| "All together the hotel was good, for a stay in Phnom Penh. You can walk easy into the city, there are restos around and a few shops.
Only the breakfest was a la card, there was no lift and we lived in the 4th floor :0).
There is free internet availebale.
Only ppoor was, that they had with our last day of staying not enough rooms left for all guest, so we had to stay in another guesthouse near by." |

| "Poor value for money compared the the hotel that i stayed in Siem Reap. Breakfast bad, only one cup of coffee, no refill. Bathroom shower broken, hot water not available, coffee making facility in room poor. Aircon in room not cool due to poor maintenance. No way I will recommend this hotel to friends.
