"Good location, friendly staff, very clean, breakfast good: Choice of 27 items, but look at menu. Actually, there are 2 elevators! For a budget hotel a bit expensive. However, the location, cleaniness and overall service makes it a good stay for the frequent traveller. Also good for single travellers. Good connection to all loaction with tuk-tuks, motorbikes and also taxis. Internet also available. "

"This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. Nothing worked in the hotel My room was changes three times because the Air conditioning did not work. The telephones worked only part time as did the elevators. The included breakfast was of no value. The staff was more intrested in selling you a female companion than making the hotel function. I can not beleive you rated this place superior."

| "i stayed here at the asia two years in a row. the hotel staff is pretty good. i took a nice tour for a week from the hotel, with a driver and room. it was nice.. i like the beef with spicy dish in the kitchen. i was given a very good driver who took me to seam reap last year and sihanoukville this year. he was a good guy and friendly. i asked for him this year also. i am now a friend with some of the staff who were very nice. i feel safe and at home here at the hotel and would stay again. i am happy with the location, close to the lucky market, mini mall, supermarkets, barber around the corner, good fast internet & currency exchange close by and bb world. i brought a few friends with me this year to stay at the hotel. i think it's a good place to stay and i feel happy there. i am welcomed by the staff they are great and remember me by name. i have stayed in many hotels in cambodia for over a month and i am quite fond of the hotel. | "Our overall experience in the hotel was good as we were mostly looking for a cheap place to stay. The bathroom was a bit bothersome as there was no shower curtain and the bathroom overall did not look very clean. The elevator is rather old and always breaks down, so don't book a room on the top floor - we did and we ended up walking the stairs every day. Breakfast was nothing special, but enough for a small meal in the morning.
The location of the hotel was definitely great, in the middle of Phnom Penh. If you are looking for a decent and cheap place to stay, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

"The day I checked in on 15th evening, there was no airport pick up, though it said was complimentary on the website and I also furnished the Flight Number. Then on arrival, they were unable to provide me the delux room I booked. Instead they put me on Room 117, a dingy shabby twin bed room. I had to spend the night searching for a reasonable hotel and had to stay at Bougonvillier at 79.20 usd a night. Next day afternoon they changed me to a better room no.322. Still I think its overpriced and should not be more than 10 usd a night instead of 25, that they charge. It has heavily overpriced restaurant and the food is mediocre. The best isp of the hotel is the location and its ideal for lonely business travellers and families are strictly forbidden. It doesnt have a safe or a telephone even in the room. At the counter they have safe but I had to buy my own lock and they said even then theres no guarantee that the safe is safe enough. It was a horrible experience staying there when after 2 days of staying the last day was spent on explaining the staffs that I am not the Swedish guy they are looking for, who is overstaying as they misplaced my boooking slip. Lucky I was carrying a photocopy, which saved the situation. I would suggest travellers to stay away from it. I WILL. "

"The staffs were not accommodating. The check-in time is 12PM, but we arrrived there at 7PM to find out that they haven't set-up our room yet. If we didn't call their attention, they won't attend to our request. We have to remind them to give us tissue, soap, extra bed, pillow, etc. "
