Beautiful facility on the riverside, but room was quite dated, dull and worn. Bed was obviously cheap and old. The price on AsiaRooms.com was excellent for the overall feel and quality of the property (50ish USD), but it is hard to argue that this is a four or five star facility until there is a room renovation. Seemed professionally run, and staff was friendly and efficient. A safe bet for a first visit.

| "Great location close to the Palace and the river festival. Yet the hotel was a sanctuary from the crowds. The pool was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast up stairs with the concierge floor rooms was good and you could order custom omletes or eggs. " |

| "We booked and paid for a De-Luxe room. If this is what their "Deluxe" rooms offer, I shudder to think what the "Superior" rooms must be like ! Generally the Cambodiana is a very old, worn out, tired hotel. The room smelt musty throughout our stay and even though we requested a non-smoking room, it seems they do not have any available. It must be said that some of the staff put in a sterling effort and the food in general, is devine ! A "must try", is the bakery. It is EXCELLENT ! The location is superb, right on the river front. Very cheap and easy Tuk-Tuk & Taxi transport all over the city. Generally, the experience sucked though. Would most likely not use this hotel again." |
