| "overall this hotel while outside the "action" is quite good for the price and is exceptionally clean and pillows are great. internet works fairly well but is virus prone. bed is extremely comfortable. they have a computer "expert" in house who is most helfull and will undo any "cambodian virus" that you are almost sure to get. would stay again. | "My main reason for choosing this hotel was the supposed availability of wifi/internet access. So it was very frustrating when I discovered otherwise. I stayed for 6 nights, and was only able to use the internet twice (and at 1 AM), and had to bear with the slow speed and weak/unstable wifi signal. The rest of the time, it was impossible to connect even if you change locations within the hotel premises. The hotel is also quite far from downtown Phnom Penh so I spent a lot on tuktuk to go around. It was also hard to sleep sometimes due to the noise coming from the street and in the hallway (the room is not sound-proof). The only saving grace in my stay was the very warm and kind staff, especially the ones in the restaurant. I think they tried their best to help me with my wifi connection problem, but it was just beyond their control already. Over-all I think the hotel would suit budget travelers but not for those who need to be online (like NGO staff)." |

| "Room and toilet were clean and large enough for two persons. Toiket amenities were good. However our room had no windows and empty walls lacked any decorations so the room was actually quite unappealing. Breakfast was ok but rather scarce. The staff in reception did not seem to know answers to any questions (like if there are motobikes for rent somewhere - there certainly are!) and were not too helpful too (e.g did not mind to take care some postcards). However, these are quite small issues and basically the hotel does what it promises. The location is not perfect but because tuk tuks are available continuously this is no problem." |

| "Nice and clean hotel, but the location is far away from the city center, so you have to either walk about two kilometers or take a tuk-tuk. Breakfast was poor." |

| "For the price, the room size and amenities are unbeatable. If you want luxury at a bargain, this is it. The hotel itself has not much facilities though. one thing that could definitely do with improvement is the wireless internet. It could not connect even in a 1st floor room. I had to bring my laptop down to the common area with the shared computers above the lobby in order to connect to the wireless. whats the point of wireless if customers cant connect in their rooms?! Location is also not so gd but relatively near to the main stretch of sisowath quay." |

| "Nice hotel, good service and very clean.
No facilities but it is not important for somebody travelling to Phnom Penh.
Also the rooms are big enough.
Good price for what you get!" |

| "I was surprised by this hotel when I first saw it. It's much better than I thought when I saw this hotel on this website. Hotel itselfs look like those 3 stars hotel in western and staffs were friendly, although they're not that helpful when I needed some informations about where I can contact with american express counter? (found out by my own later it's Mekong Bank) or where can I get SIM card? I brought my laptop coz I thought that there's Wi-Fi,turns out that I stayed on 3rd floor and Wi-Fi was not covered to that floor, only 1st and 2nd,abit disappointed though. One thing that bug me the most but I don't want to make a scene there.I don't want that staff to be sacked so Ms. Patricia if you read this comment, please do not fire that staff. One day I caugh a cleaning girl was using my cosmetic,i was stunned and she was shocked. I put my cosmetics in basket and found that my cosmetics in the basket changed place everyday.. so.. Maybe she's just curious about cosmetics that she never seen or something. Staffs tranning is a need,NOT TO TOUCH GUESS'S BELONGING! Overall I love this hotel and I will go back to stay there again next time." |
