The room was excellent with a tv that had satellite tv and we were provided free drinking water daily. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all of our many questions and called us a cab when we needed one. The facilities included a restaurant next door that was some of the best food we had in Phnom Penh (if you like japanese or korean food), they provided free internet, and you could order room service if you wanted that had a great menu. Overall we loved the hotel (particularly for its price). The only drawback was the awful free breakfast that we got every morning. They sent us to a restaurant next door (not in the hotel) that had awful breakfest choices. But other than the breakfast, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in Phnom Penh.

| "overall this hotel while outside the "action" is quite good for the price and is exceptionally clean and pillows are great. internet works fairly well but is virus prone. bed is extremely comfortable. they have a computer "expert" in house who is most helfull and will undo any "cambodian virus" that you are almost sure to get. would stay again. | "My main reason for choosing this hotel was the supposed availability of wifi/internet access. So it was very frustrating when I discovered otherwise. I stayed for 6 nights, and was only able to use the internet twice (and at 1 AM), and had to bear with the slow speed and weak/unstable wifi signal. The rest of the time, it was impossible to connect even if you change locations within the hotel premises. The hotel is also quite far from downtown Phnom Penh so I spent a lot on tuktuk to go around. It was also hard to sleep sometimes due to the noise coming from the street and in the hallway (the room is not sound-proof). The only saving grace in my stay was the very warm and kind staff, especially the ones in the restaurant. I think they tried their best to help me with my wifi connection problem, but it was just beyond their control already. Over-all I think the hotel would suit budget travelers but not for those who need to be online (like NGO staff)." |

| "Room and toilet were clean and large enough for two persons. Toiket amenities were good. However our room had no windows and empty walls lacked any decorations so the room was actually quite unappealing. Breakfast was ok but rather scarce. The staff in reception did not seem to know answers to any questions (like if there are motobikes for rent somewhere - there certainly are!) and were not too helpful too (e.g did not mind to take care some postcards). However, these are quite small issues and basically the hotel does what it promises. The location is not perfect but because tuk tuks are available continuously this is no problem." |

Good Breakfasts. Very pleasant without being fancy.

| "Nice and clean hotel, but the location is far away from the city center, so you have to either walk about two kilometers or take a tuk-tuk. Breakfast was poor." |
