"The reception staff were marvellous. Very helpfull and good in their English. The restaurant was also lovely and had a lovely meal there in the evening as well as good breakfast, however they did run out of baguet on morning due to an influx of french tourist but this should have been taken into consideration by the chef."

"Very pleasantly surprised by the value for money - services of 4 star hotel at lower cost. Good location 10 minute walk from the riverfront. Very helpful staff."

"My main reason for choosing this hotel was the supposed availability of wifi/internet access. So it was very frustrating when I discovered otherwise. I stayed for 6 nights, and was only able to use the internet twice (and at 1 AM), and had to bear with the slow speed and weak/unstable wifi signal. The rest of the time, it was impossible to connect even if you change locations within the hotel premises. The hotel is also quite far from downtown Phnom Penh so I spent a lot on tuktuk to go around. It was also hard to sleep sometimes due to the noise coming from the street and in the hallway (the room is not sound-proof). The only saving grace in my stay was the very warm and kind staff, especially the ones in the restaurant. I think they tried their best to help me with my wifi connection problem, but it was just beyond their control already. Over-all I think the hotel would suit budget travelers but not for those who need to be online (like NGO staff)."

"Room and toilet were clean and large enough for two persons. Toiket amenities were good. However our room had no windows and empty walls lacked any decorations so the room was actually quite unappealing. Breakfast was ok but rather scarce. The staff in reception did not seem to know answers to any questions (like if there are motobikes for rent somewhere - there certainly are!) and were not too helpful too (e.g did not mind to take care some postcards). However, these are quite small issues and basically the hotel does what it promises. The location is not perfect but because tuk tuks are available continuously this is no problem."
