Very central and accessible. Very quiet, comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Internet availability very limited on the premises but I used a shop across the road successfully. A bit dated but otherwise more than adequate.

| "For its price, Diamond hotel is a very good value.
The rooms are large and the staff is very helpful. Some of the rooms are noisy because of the location on Monivong boulevard.

| "Due to the delay of the flight, I arrived Diamond hotel on about 21:30, their check-in service is quite fast, and their staffs are very helpful and help me to arrange the bus ticket to Ho Chi Minh of next day morning 0730. It is the most efficient service I had seen in Cambodia." |
