| "Nice little hotel. The standard rooms were tiny and the beds rock hard so we upgraded ourselves for $US22 per night for a larger double room. This was really worth it. The hotel is centrally located and the tuk tuk service outside was excellent after a reasonable negotiation on prices. " |

| "This was one of the most lousiest middle class hotels I've ever seen. If you put in an safety perspective for example there where steel bars in front of the windows and in case of a fire you wouldn't be able to get out at all.
I don't know if it was like this in all rooms but we checked out from this hotel after just 10 minutes and got one of the more "luxorius" hotels in Phnom Penh.
About the staff, they seem to lack experience of running a hotel and were not understanding of our concern.
I can't recommend this hotel in any way to anyone." |

| "The personal in reception is very avaiable;
The hall is very, very little and low, without any television.
There are not lights in the streets and, after 20.00 h. it is a total desert to access to hotel.Breakfast is a little poor of choose. There is not correspondence price-quality.

| "The room size and overall hotel was quite large and the location was good but the staff were very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast was not very good at all - they had very little variety of food and had run out of most items by 8.00am and when asked for butter they had none. Our breakfast consisted of a bread roll and juice. Some of my laundry went missing and when I asked them about it they were unapologetic and unhelpful - the laundry showed up the day I was leaving. I have travelled thru africa and asia and this hotel had the most rude and unhelpful staff I have ever come across, I would never stay at the Goldiana nor would I recomend it to anyone. " |

| "A good value place in the middle of the city. Close to some very good restaurants. Expectations were generally met except for the gym which was filled with non-functional equipment." |

| "We were very happy in this hotel. Very good american breakfast buffet.The bathroom requests carefulness because of its conception.The towels had to be requested each day.But in a whole a very good value. I would return to this hotel any time

| "My experience at the Goldiana Hotel, where I stayed for a month, was excellent. While the facility and restaurant are very nice, the rooms clean and cheerful, the staff is what makes this hotel so wonderful. Their courtesy and helpfulness in all matters and at all times was well beyond expectations. The location is ideal. The hotel is very well located and it is easy to reach other parts of the city quickly from there. My room was always very clean and any maintenance matters were attended to immediately.
I cannot commend the levels of service at this hotel highly enough! I look forward to returning.

| "This hotel was a nice place to stay. The room and bathroom was fine and the breakfast was fine even though the variation is a bit limited. The tuk-tuks and motos outside the hotel was a little annoying. The riverfront is about 5 minutes from the hotel with a tuk-tuk and a half hour if you dare to walk in the heavy traffic. Are you staying as a tourist you may prefer to choose a hotel near the riverfront." |
