| "This hotel was okay. It is probably more suited to the business man rather than the travelling couple. The rooms could definately handle a refurbishment, although they were spacious and everything worked. The bathroom was less than ordinary, with moulded and chipped grouting and shabby small interior. The restaurant food was nice - but we would have far rathered a more unique and romantic room in a boutique guest house down on the river side, where all the restaurants and cafes are, much more scenic! There are many guesthouses and more luxurious hotels to choose from down by the river." |

| "The staff were excellent, courteous and helpful. I origninally booked three nights because that was the length of my trip in Cambodia. However, I made alternate plans to travel to Siem Reap for the last night and informed the desk when I checked in and again when I checked out. I was informed that it would not be possible for me to be refunded the one day that I was not staying...the hotel could not refund. This was disappointing since I had given notice and did not stay the last day. " |

| "Location was pretty near to the central market, but i noticed some other hotels which were much nearer.. There were a few minimarts just along the street along the hotel.. Breakfast was okie.. Service good. but when we arranged for a taxi transfer to the airport, the staff quoted us USD8, next day we asked we were quoted USD10. We managed to get the price at USD8 but when we reached the airport, the driver said he had no change & charged us USD10 instead!! So remember to give exact change!" |

| "The hotel is in the mid of business centre of the city. Easy to reach everything but beside it`s very noisy. They are just renewing the hotel, we couldn`t use the pool. The stuff was kind." |
