We stayed here for 2 days. Overall, this place was good. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Dinner was good too, price was reasonable. Internet connection was bad, very slow. Not sure if it's free to use because the first time it was free. Second time, the guy charged me 3 bucks for an hr and a half!!! (it was 3am, no one was around!) Get this, he was talking to me for over 30 mins while I'm using the internet! Anyway....

| "This hotel was okay. It is probably more suited to the business man rather than the travelling couple. The rooms could definately handle a refurbishment, although they were spacious and everything worked. The bathroom was less than ordinary, with moulded and chipped grouting and shabby small interior. The restaurant food was nice - but we would have far rathered a more unique and romantic room in a boutique guest house down on the river side, where all the restaurants and cafes are, much more scenic! There are many guesthouses and more luxurious hotels to choose from down by the river." |

| "The staff were excellent, courteous and helpful. I origninally booked three nights because that was the length of my trip in Cambodia. However, I made alternate plans to travel to Siem Reap for the last night and informed the desk when I checked in and again when I checked out. I was informed that it would not be possible for me to be refunded the one day that I was not staying...the hotel could not refund. This was disappointing since I had given notice and did not stay the last day. " |
