| "This is a typical high-standard business hotel. Nothing romantic or special about it. The spa-facilities are poor." |

| "The hotel was of a good standard but seemed dated and bland. It is in a poor area which was distant from most attractions.
The bar served over priced drinks of low quality and the breakfast room was over crowded and much of the food had run out.
Some of the staff seemed very friendly and nice although some of the male staff seemed a little hostile.
I was generally disappointed with the hotel. " |

| "Very far away from the center. It was perhaps the best Phnom-Penh hotel a long time ago but now there are nicer hotels near the royal palace." |

| "This is our second time to use this hotel it is excellent in every way, it is not in the centre of the city and this may be not suitable for some but we find this an advantage because of its quiet location, it is only a short trip by taxi to the centre and river front. Faults!!,None!!,Food and staff are excellent.

| "The Intercontinental Hotel was certainly 5 star standard. The rooms were luxurious but predictable. The restaurant served a variety of foods of high quality but was a bit expensive. The bar prices were very expensive. The business center was helpful. The staff friendly and helpful. The swimmingpool was pretty and clean. The location for tourists was not great. It was a tuk tuk ride to and from the city center." |

| "We really found the Inter-continental Phnom Penh hotel experience quite delightful and would not hesitate to recommend it. The service was simply outstanding. We arrived on a Saturday night, and within a short time, the hotel business center had booked boat and airline reservations for us, and set up an excellent guide for the following day. Room was quite comfortable, public areas very nice and well-maintained and Chinese restaurant one of Phnom Penh's best." |

| "My husband & I stayed in the Intercontinental hotel in February and we were very impressed by all the facilities. From arrival to departure the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful, the decor magnificient, the restaurant and food excellent. The doormans uniform is eyecatching, the swimmingpool area impressive. The whole hotel is a beautiful oasis apart from the streets outside. We could thoroughly recommend it." |
