The location was good although lots of street noise and renovations were also underway. Some of the front staff were not friendly almost rude. The breakfast serving staff were gorgeous. The sewrage was really stinky so the bathroom constantly stank!

| "food was poor and the hotel felt generally uncared for,dining area was very untidy and dirty. staff great,. view from deluxe room excellent.downstairs seems to be undergoing repairs.toilets horrible.bar dirty and ill equipped e mail good and cheap not bad for a couple of nights but needs improvements" |

| "Ideally situated on Sisowath Quay close to the Royal Palace. The restaurant on the 5th floor gives great views across the Tonle River, especially during the annual Water Festival, however, sparrows fly in and out so hygene here is iffy. The breakfast is poor. The staff try hard but sometimes fail to understand western ways." |
