| "Small room and very small bath. We wanted to take a shower and there wasn't hot water. We had to call reception more that 3 times. After waiting more than half hour there was a litte hot water. The breakfast was poor and the restaurant was really dirty." |

| "First day upon reaching the hotel and i was already disappointed by its isolated location (about a good 1.5km from the Central Market). While I was checking in i saw a lady raising her voice at the receptionist. "I have been here for 3 days and yet the internet is always down. You keep telling me you would something but nothing is done! I will never come here again!" marred the second impression of this hotel. When I stepped into the room i was really turned off: dull settings, old spoilt furniture and worst, its warm water was always cool!
Seriously if you are looking forward to a dull and tormenting holiday, this is definitely the one hotel you must stay." |

| " The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only problem that I had was that there was a smell from the drainage in the bathroom.
The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was close enough to the river to be able to walk it in about 10 - 15 minutes. " |

| "It's hard to categorize this hotel. It is right in the middle of Phnom Penh, next to Monivong Blvd, but it feels like you're paying for a place right next to the river. At US$40+, my room wasn't the steal budget travelers were looking for and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to eco adventurers. Being next to a packed, major street didn't exactly put me in a romantic mood as well. The piping system was somehow more connected to the streets of Phnom Penh than I thought, because sewage reeked through the room every morning. To be fair, the staff at the hotel were friendly, professional and hardworking, which was probably its only redeeming point. However, it is a good starting point for a first night's stay, while you hunt for other, usually unadvertised places." |

| "The hotel was nice and clean. Friendly and polite staff. The first night we were there, there were any Caravan Car of Vietnamese and Thailand delegations arriving the same time. Great location, centralize of business and tourist zone, the hotel staff are friendly, the great thing with free internet access, it is one of the highlights of our trip to Asia. Will highly recommend to others staying on the same floor we did. " |

| "Mittapheap hotel was generally good, especially their complementary usage of Internet for guests. I had a problem with the bathtub leakage but the deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. " |
