| "Pretty good hotel. Nice and clean rooms on a fine location. Just don't arrange taxi's or things like that by the hotel staff. At the moment we needed to pay the taxidriver it turned out that they lied about the costs and while discussing the problem they made up stories." |

| "Hotel location was good, was located on the main road, near to central market. The hotel looks good on the outside. The room was alright, pretty standard. Breakfast standard was on the low side. For the price that I paid, it was quite satisfactory." |

| "never ever standard rooms. all standardrooms has no window. i had the feeling like i stay in a prison. the roomsize was not so big but ok also the bathroom. if you dont book a standard room the rooms are nice. all furnitures was new and good, better than in asia hotel, but i prefer asia hotel. the location was in citycenter and easy to reach all locations by walk or by motorbike. stuff are very friendly and helpfull" |

| "Generaly spoken hotel was ok. But huge constructionworks made it rather noisy and dusty. Works will take longtime." |

| "I stayed there for 2 days but not consecutive. Both 2 days I got room that looked pretty old. On the last day, the insert key card switch of my room did not function well also. They had to use a piece of paper to put it tight to make it work. The bathroom was not looked clean enough compare with the hotel that I stay in SIEM REAP for 3 days which also cheaper price.
About service, on the first day I met a very service-minded reception that help us to find a whole day taxi and suggest for the interested place but on the last day I found with another guy that just help us moderately. Even he was not bad but I prefer the first day offficer. However, it's not surprise me about their standardization. Moreover, about the breakfast, for my opinion they just provide the low fair quality of food. If you have a little bit more budget, i recommend you to try the restaurant besided the hotel.
Finally, I would like to give them 2 stars when compare with my comment above but if more concern with the location I may rate them at 2.5 stars. " |

| "The first room that they showed us was small with no A/C. However, they did listen to our complaint and switched us to a bigger room with A/C. There is construction going on on the exterior wall of the hotel, so it is kind of noisy during the day." |
