| "The hotel room seems very old and is in need of refurbishment. When we checked in they had no key card for us. The lift is very small so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a bit of a problem. I don't think I will stay here again. " |

| "Thie hotel was ok for the budget traveller. The location was fantastic as it was a short walk from the riverfront. The people I was travelling with and myself found the service to be poor. The employees manning the desk were not that helpful and charged us
$5USD for accidentially breaking a glass. Overall if you are looking for somewhere to stay cheap this would be ok." |

| "This hotel is quite central, the area around the hotel is not great, but very few areas there are great. The staff were quite helpfull. The room was clean but the air smelled stale. Overall a good budget hotel." |

| "The room is so small and our room's toilet door cant open or close properly. We have to push very hard to close the door. There is no complimentary beverages except two bottles of mineral water. Breakfast is so lousy. They only serve bread, coffee or tea and one type of egg in the menu. Not value for money. Would not stay in this hotel again." |
