Would I stay at this location
again:

No way!
The hotel is old and run down though it is in a convenient location. Service is lousy, restaurant food is pathetic. When I approached one front desk manager for help for a copy of yellowpages and hair dryer, the standard answer is "There is only one in this whole hotel and we cannot let you have it". So I wonder what's the point of having that one hair dryer when no borrowing is allowed. On another occasion when a copy of map is requested from the front desk, another front desk manager on duty told us there isn't such a map provided when the copy we had was taken from the front desk. The bed in the bedroom was too soft and when we asked for change of the mobile bed, the answer is, there isn't spare mattress in the hotel. All in all, it's a totally disappointing experience and my family said never to go back to this hotel again.

"Front office staff ok. Restaurant very dirty, tableclothes not changed, rooms facilities poor"

"I found the hotel very good value for money. The porter was very helpful and nice. They were unable to help us organise tours of the city, but the tuc tuc drivers right outside were very good and cheap. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities you would expect. Internet access was cheap, however only 2 computers so you could have a bit of a wait. Breakfast was lovely, with great variey. All in all good value for money. "

"Rooms clean. Service at frontdesk good. Breakfast same every day but of sufficient quality. We would stay here again, though there might be cheaper options available with the same quality (?)."

"The room was clean, spacious and the staff was very friendly. Though it is stated as situated in the centre of Phnom Penh, the walking distance to the restaurants and river is no option. The use of a taxi or tuktuk is required. The price/quality is ok."
