| "Can see that the hotel was renovated recently. This room was ok. But the other room wasn't (stayed there again a few days later).
Location wise good, after all, Phnom Penh is small.
Breakfast good and the restaurant is cosy and nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. But kind of short of manpower. Sometimes front desk is empty. There aren't many hotels in Phnom Penh, so this hotel is considered good, unless you are willing to fork out much more money for a better one.
Though next to the road, it was surprisingly quiet.
Do not try the restaurant near the hotel, about 30 metres away in the direction towards the Royal Palace. It is terrible.

| "We were very disappointed with the entrance of the hotel. There was no lobby since it was renovated. No safe present all though it was mentioned there would be one. Breakfast was included but limited.
The room was nice and so was the restaurant's ambiance. I was told that the hotel was transferred into a service apartment facility." |

| "The hotel is a little tired, but renovations were underway at the time of my visit, and I think it will be improved. The restuaranthas been upgrade and is very smart. The staff were extremely helpful, and I had left my mobile phone behind after my first visit. The staff found it and held it until I returned a week later, much to my relief.
Location is very convenient to the sights and restaurants at the Quay." |

| "The hotel is under massive renovations. They say they start only at 9am, but in fact they start at 8am and even earlier with drilling and hammering. Also water turned off with little notice. The hotel will be nice when renovations are finished, but this will be a long time. " |

| "The hotel is located quite convenient, within walking distance to the Royal Palace and the river. Rooms could be more modern but for the accommodation price it is ok.
After check-out a private driver was arranged for the way to the airport to the normal taxi fee." |

| "The hotel was located near the royal palace, national museum and the great bars along the mekong river. The room was adequate....not fantastic though. We found it to be a little dirty, especialy the toilet which always looked dirty. Breakfast was not fantastic as we could only choose from a fixed menu. Will stay again only beacause of the great location!!" |

| "If you're only looking for an accomodation that provides you with a decent bed and shower, Regent Park is the place. Otherwise, consider taking other guesthouse along the Tonle Sap River as Regent is quite a distance from the river. Overall, it was not too bad." |

| "I stayed at this hotel only one night. I think a room size is pretty good, it's better than at Juliana hotel where i've stayed before. Location of Regent park is very good (the center of the city) and it's very close to the big pagoda. But if you prefer river view it's not for you. Brekfast (is usually included in the price) was not very goog but it's enough for budget accomodation. The brekfast at Juliana hotel was much better (in spite of the prices of accomodation at this hotels were the same).
Enjoy your visit in Cambodia. " |

| "Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was big and spacious and very clean. The location was good as we could walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. The staff were also nice and friendly. However it would have been better if there was teacoffee making facilities in the room. There were also a few vagrants making a lot of noise in front of the hotel into the wee hours, especially when our room was facing the front in the second floor." |
