| "Sunway is a very well kept, clean hotel. Staff are willing to help in anyway they can. There is a restaurant with a good variety of food including an extensive buffet breakfast. There is also a gym, internet facilities and a spa. This was a very nice hotel to stay in for a few days, most locations are accessible by tuk tuk although you have to negotiate the price as when you come out from the hotel they assume you have lots of money!!" |

| "Initial room was acceptable other than it had a bad smell of smoke. I complained and since they did not have any similar rooms available, they upgraded us to a suite which was extremely nice. However, the room that we were inteded to received for $96 was ok, but not great. Service was great." |

| "WE HAVE STAYED BEFORE AT SUNWAY, BUT THIS TIME OUR EXPERIENCE WAS NOT AS GOOD. WE WERE GIVEN AN END ROOM, AIRCONDITIONER VERY NOISY, THEY WERE SPRAYING CHEMICALS IN ALL THE ROOMS AS WE ARRIVE.
NO SWIMMING POOL, NO POOL TABLE OR FACILITIES TO RELAX, NO PUBLIC SHUTTLE OR FREE PICK UP SERVICE OFFERED and lots of smokers in the entrance which was not a nice welcome.
For 80USD per night, we found and recommend many other good value and better located boutiques and guesthouses in PP." |

| "My family and I had an otherwise pleasant 4 nights stay but it was marred by an incident. When I was checking out on 25th, I was given a bill of US$6 for 2 cans of soft drinks.I informed the front office that there was a mistake because we did not take any drinks on 24th.But the executive was adamant. My wife who could speak Khmer was able to convince another executive and the bill was then withdrawn.

| "This hotel is excellent. Even though this price little bit higher than others but it's worth to pay for it. Staff is nice and well polite. The breakfast is variety and excellent. Good location and just next to the famous Angkor Thom. One thing need to mention is the air con not cool enough but for us, it just optimum. " |
