the rooms at 4th floor has no lift access, very bad for handicaps or moving of luggage is very inconvenient. ANY plans to install lifts at the 4th floor.
The first room I checked in at 4th floor found that the washing basin choked, and has to use a bypass hose, this shows that regular maintenance is not carried out.

| "We are glad to be stay with Angkor Holidays during our Siem Reap's trip. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. And, it a great location to mini market (Angkor Market) and pub street... old market juz a 10mins walk from the hotel. The only problem found for this hotel is the hot shower, if you get up 5am in the early morning and pls dont be surprise that there is no hot water~ lol. Overall, its GREAT!" |

| "breakfast was in the form of set meals. so if you aren't a fan of huge endless servings of buffet style breakfast, perhaps you might give this hotel some consideration.
also, if you aren't a huge fan of clean toilets and presentable rooms, you may give this hotel some thought. to put it simply, it is highly advisable to consider your other options again before settling for this hotel. " |

| "The rooms were big, spacious and clean.The breakfast provided were great too. Hotel staffs were friendly and most were able to understand English and speak simple English.There were many TV programmes/channels provided as well. We enjoy our 5 days stay there." |
