We stayed here for five nights as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is on a quiet street and the overall feel of the place is very pleasant. Unfortunately, we found the organisation of the hotel to be poor and the staff to be particularly unfriendly when there were any problems (which they themselves created). Our reservation was lost, we were checked in as the wrong people, given a twin room for our honeymoon on two occasions (we had four different rooms) and lied to by the reception staff as they sought to avoid helping us. Even simple things like repeatedly demanding the breakfast vouchers that they forgot to give us were infuriating. Unfortunately the abiding memory of our day at Angkor Wat itself, a wonderful place that I had planned to visit for years, was the difficulties and arguments at this hotel. As an aside, some friends of ours stayed at this hotel at the same time as part of their honeymoon and encountered similar problems. This has a lot of potential to be a nice little hotel but I recommend staying away given the choice available in Siem Reap.

| "Well appointed room. Very clean. Good location - walking distance to city centre but a bit quieter than main city centre (near river).
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast well varied.

| "Great location, just a 5 minute tuk tuk ride from Pub street and the Siem Reap night market. Rooms were a great size and all had balcony's overlooking the pool. Pool was cleaned everyday.
Breakfast was buffet and was delicious, included typical continential style breakfast, plus noodles, rice, fruits and croissants.
Service was great, everyone was always greeting us including the cleaners, gardeners, everyone!
Would stay there again." |

| "The hotel facilities are excellent, staff pays attention to guests, room are of good size. The only issue I had was the bus booking back to Phnom Phenh made at the hotel counter that was not up to my expection. This nice hotel booked me into a local bus at the same price, there are many other bus operators that caters for tourists. " |
