Just returned today from 2 nights stay at this hotel (July 14th to the 16th). We were quite disappointed as all the other reviews on this hotel was fantastic -we had a room where there was a window right opposite the bathroom with a very thin white material covering the window, meaning we were visible from outside all day long (garden and a car park). So we managed to put up a towel to cover up the window so that we had some privacy and so that it was dark at night.
Breakfast was terrible; there were flies everywhere sitting on the food. The bread was stale, the noodle was a bit hard.
Also, we booked a tuk tuk at the reception where they will charge you 15 USD for a day - don't do this as you can just walk out of the hotel and pay between 8 and 10 USD for the same deal.
The bathroom had ants.. there was a rubbish in our bin when we checked in..
Will not be staying there again. But Cambodia is a fantastic country and we will definitely visit again.

| "The hotel is quite good, the rooms are big, the pool is nice and over all, the food is very good and the amount of food is very good too.
The problem is that they try, too much, to make money with turists: the offer Internet (3$ 1/2 hour- 5$1hour) very expensive, and not even is a good conexion (it is so slow!!).
If you pay with credit card, you will have to pay 2,5% more, and that is ok in a small shop for 10$, but not in an hotel for an amount of 300$..
They offer you the choice of airport service, more expensive that a taxi, and you ask them to call a taxi and they say: "No, It,s the policy of the hotel..".
So the hotel is nice, but the policy is wrong..." |

| "The place was quite nice but the service left a little to be desired. We got moved to 3 different rooms to suit other customers at our own inconvenience.
The breakfast was really ordinary, and there was nothing left after 8am except the scraps.
A bonus was the area was really quiet but if you were walking the surroundig streets are really dark with rubbish everywhere.
I think you could find better places to stay a little closer to all the action.
The pool was very nice though - definitely enjoyed that!
