Most likely
Nice hotel on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Stayed here two nights and was welcommed with a nice cold towel and drink! Got a lovely, large clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast pretty decent. Lovely fresh bread. Staff always very helpful and courteous. Location out of town not too big a problem as only really travelled to the temples, and 1 night into town. Only criticism was that we were awoken at 7am by someone playing some traditional instrument in the lobby for 2 solid hours. drove us nutty! and the loads of japanese or korean guests assembled at that time made a bit of a racket. solution 0 get a room 3rd floor and up then no probs!

"We enjoyed the hotel. However, we experienced two problems which were not treated in an expected manner. after the first night, we had to leave at 5am in the morning. we asked for a wake up call, and also confirmed with the front desk for a picnic box to be ready for us at 5am. The front desk confirmed with the kitchen manager the evening before. In the morning, we didn't get the wake up call (luckily, we woke up ourselves), and the picnic boxes were not ready. The person in the front desk (in the morning) had no clue about the picnic box order. in the evening, the front desk person confirmed that the order for the boxes was made, and that the kitchen forgot to prepare it. They said sorry, and that was it. I really expected more consideration and possible refund or other treat, especially after I explained the front desk that we ended up paying $20 for food outside that morning, because we didn't get the breakfast from the hotel. Thanks, yoram valent "

"Perfect hotel. Old colonial style, clean, fresh and absolutely best. Restaurant perfect, fresh hot bread, delicious food. Great swimming pool and statues around it (you must see this yourself :) ) And, I can't see any sighs of smoking in hotel - fresh air everywhere."

"It was a great moment by staying here. The room was so clean and everything was in a perfect order. Your staff is so helpful and friendly, but you have to provide them a better English training. The breakfast is just ok, because most of them are from pork. It was my first stay in Cambodia and Empress Angkor gave me a superb first experience to me and my family. Thank you for your great and outstanding services. Most likely I will choose Empress Angkor for my next visit."

"At the moments we arrived in Cambodia, we can’t wait to reach the hotel because we were too exhausted and we a bit surprised to see our room. It's a romantic feeling when they decorated my bed with flowers, filled the bathtub with flowers but I really appreciate if the flowers are roses instead of water lilies and the fragrance that they put in the room was so nice. The services was a five star, the staff are helpful, nice and always smile makes us feel welcome. But the buffet breakfast, it’s a bit poor as the foods that being served basically is pork. They should put more variety of the local food that doesn’t have pork as all tourists can enjoyed their local delicacies. Overall, we are happy and really enjoyed our stay in Cambodia; keep up the good work. Thanks for making my honeymoon and my parents honeymoon were unforgettable."
