| "It's as good as most of the reviews let you imagine. Staff are lovely, but we did have some miscommunication over the mini bar. The massage centre was excellent, the 'hot rocks' were just what was needed after temple trekking. The restaurant was also excellent, but I wouldn't order the gnocchi again - but the pizza was a near Italian experience. The calm of this hotel, the staff and the quiet swimming pool give it a lovely serenity." |

| "The staff were very helpful and obliging. The spa was a delight - great treatments. The restaurant served a good mix of food and the quality was great. The breakfasts were especially good! We would certainly stay here again." |

| "Overall a nice small 'boutique hotel'. Drawback is the breakfast which does not come in buffet style but only with every day the same limited menue (2 Asian Dishes, 2 Western Dishes and a choice of toast or danish).
Very clean place and location is good as 3-5 mins by tuk tuk (dont pay more then 1 USD per way regardless of passengers) from 'City Center'.
Overall repeatable." |

| "My husband and I'd spent 4 nights @ the FCC in Phnom Penh last year so I a clear idea re: what to expect and the detailed website gave me an excellent overview of the hotel and it's facilities. I've stayed @ 5 diffent hotels in Siem Reap in two visits over the past eight months. The Hotel is chez chic, on a boutique style with services to match. I love the fact that it's only 2 storied which is in stark contrast to the proliferation of ugly hotels rapidly taking over the city landscape. It's very elegant, minimal and the Spa is very good simply oozing tranquility. My husband wasn't able to accompany me @ the last minute and they were very attentive to me @ a single traveller. My only comment is the inflexability of staff re: booking arrangements. They weren't full, I'd arrived into Siem Reap mid-morning ~ they knew this re: my Check-in details. Needless to say I had to take all of my luggage into the pool / Spa's bathroom facility to access swimwear. That was the only aspect that was annoying and incredibly inconvenient @ I was carrying two bags of pharmaceutical/health supplies for children, hence they were very cumbersome!! However we'll stay there again when we return in Feb / March '09." |
