| "Hotel is nice. Rooms are pretty nice - very large, almost too large for the amount of furniture in the room.
We asked for a double and got a single then they had to move us. Very inconvenient as we had already unpacked as we thought they would bring in a 2nd bed.
Restaurant - Food okay but we were the only guests for dinner in the entire restaurant. Half of the menu items were not available. No one spoke English so they had trouble taking our order, etc. Would not recommend the restaurant." |

| "Generaly the hotel was a very good value. The room was spacious and clean. However, I would rate the restaurant as very poor. Many of my choices for dinner were not available. The meal I did order did not come with all of the food that was suppose to come with it. Still I will probably stay at your hotel again.

| "They have to learn to accomodate customer's request even though at times may be beyond their capabilities.
The manager should be able to override certain rules and go an extra mile for the customer." |
