| "I think we were the only ones staying there, end of season I think. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Also staff English was very good. The hotel has a great pool & pool side food was cheap & very good. Room is massive.
3USD to town & 5 mins on a tuk tuk - $8 to the airport!!
I'd stay there again." |

| "The Lotus Angkor is a beautiful hotel, especially the room.
It is a pity that the gym is poorly furnished, with only a tread mill.
The pool is decent with sufficient space for laps and really clean, cool exterior.
The breakfast spread should be changed every few days to avoid having the same thing for breakfast every morning.

| "Rooms were huge, but hotel lacked a little atmosphere. Staff friendly, and hotel was excellent value for money. Nice pool area, and a good breakfast included." |

| "We stayed at the Lotus Angkor for 3 nights in February while we checked out the temples its positioned about 5 min away from the main eating area of Siem Reap, which is cheap to get to on a Tooktook. As for location to the temples its fine... After being initially attracted to its value for money, I was surprised at the outstanding quality. Simply put its extremely comfortable and relaxing with a high level of cleanliness and style. More importantly all the staff are fantastic! Sambad behind the bar was great! And the team at reception were very friendly and helpful in everyway! Thanks guys for a great stay! I highly recommend the Lotus Angkor." |

| "first, the hotel location is good as it's not far from both the temples and town.and transportation wise is very convenient too.
as for the service wise, the staff there treat all the hotel guest with passion and they are really helpful and polite.for example, our door knob was spoilt on the day that we were rushing out to visit the temples, we called for assistance and they arrive just in a few mins time and helped us to look after our belongings by standing outside the room until the person in charge fixed it.
But when we were getting out to dinner at night, the bell guy was trying to force us to take a tuk tuk in an expensive price of USD4 to town and of course we refused.
as for the room, it's very clean and it's huge enough for 1 whole family of 5 persons and the simple design and layout of the room creates the feeling of resorts that is best for the hotel guest who wants to have an relaxing trip.
overall, it's worth to have spent the money to stay in such a good service hotel.

| "This hotel was not in the best location, as it is some distance (probably too far to walk) from the centre of town, although in an area with many other hotels, all of which look to be very high quality. It's obviously not that old, has a beautiful reception/ lounge area and very friendly, helpful staff. We booked a junior suite, which overlooked the front of the hotel - car park and main road, full suites overlook the pool and gardens, which are beautiful. The room was large and the hotel facilities were good - restaurant, gym, pool etc. Free use of computer/ internet is available next to reception, but there is only one computer, so there is sometimes a queue, and it was very slow (there are a great many internet cafes in town. Although I have no complaint of this hotel, I will probably not stay here again as I would prefer something more central, I do plan on visiting Siem Reap again, but would go for something a little more traditional and quirky!" |
