The rooms are big and clean and for the price ok, but in general I wouldn’t rate the hotel as 4 star. The F&B part of the hotel is a big let down, which explains the empty restaurant. It is more like a tour group hotel with a very basic ABF and lunch buffet. I would not recommend ordering a la carte. Any meal, especially in the evening you have to chare with plenty of flies and mosquitoes, which is quite annoying. There is no more food served after 11 p.m. and with no mini-bar snacks in the room you better make sure that you don’t get hungry at night. As I believe that Siem Reap does not have many returning guests as nobody will visit the temples on a yearly vacation basis I got the impression that the locals are aware about this and trying to get your money at the first time. With an average income of 80 US$ per month in Cambodia it is unbelievable how much they charge you everywhere for services they actually do not provide. Living and working since 9 years in Thailand in the Hotel industry I never experienced that for so many things someone try to take advantage like in Siem Reap (and if at least they did it with a nice smile). If I compare the excellent service and quality I got in Phnom Penh with the rip off in Siem Reap, for sure I will not return.

| "This hotel is in general nice BUT they were renovating part of the building which means a lot of noise, dust and workers around the pool who couldn't stop watching at the hotel guest in swimwear...
Was very uncomfortable. The staff did not show any understanding or improvment..." |

| "Very professional and charming as well. They have a very efficient tuc tuc service at a reasonable price. They do the best to make your staying in Siem Reap unforgotable! Pool is wonderful!! The only thing they should improve is the quality of the food: breakfast is good, but one nigth we took our dinner in the hotel and the quality was very poor. " |

| "I think we were the only ones staying there, end of season I think. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Also staff English was very good. The hotel has a great pool & pool side food was cheap & very good. Room is massive.
3USD to town & 5 mins on a tuk tuk - $8 to the airport!!
I'd stay there again." |
