We came in by a very tiresome bus-ride from Phenom Phen (which we did not like)...and we were greeting with a refreshing welcome drink and towels.
We booked online, had no trouble finding the place...the staff was very friendly, our room was very clean, we had a friend who was traveling a few days after us to Cambodia and we recommended this place and he stayed here too!
Lovely little gem of a budget guest-house!

| "We stayed 4 nights in Palm Garden Lodge. This hostel was really great. The women who run it are incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic and everything is very accessible. The rooms and bathrooms are also very clean. Overall I was really pleased. I’m sitting in Palm Garden Lodge by free internet with coffee. So I would like tell all of backpackers in the worlds that have interesting in Siemreap Angkor. Please don’t forget just have a look at palm garden lodge. It’s really sweet home in Siemreap. Be recommended!!!" |

| "We enjoyed everything about this lodge. The location was excellent. In old market, restaurants and Pub street area! Our room was very comfortable, A/C and hot water, nice garden with banana, bamboo and palm. Staff was friendly, toke cares us, and they always provided us about good information of the temples. We’ll be there again." |

| "We had a wonderful short time stayed at Palm Garden Lodge. The hotel staff was very helpful. The location is excellent for those who wish to be in-town. The breakfast was very good. The price was very reasonable for the level of service and the facilities. And many offered including the room as(Internet, bicycle, tea & coffee and cheap transportation to visit Angkor). We’ll tell all of my friends to enjoy with Palm Garden Lodge!!!

| "I knew the first guesthouse of the owners Lida and Dein, which was a nice place already, but Palm Garden Lodge is just wonderful! All the rooms are newly renovated and beautifully decorated. They are clean, bright, and airy. The building has a large terrace and a cosy garden restaurant, where you can relax in comfy armchairs after a tiring day at the temples. The food is delicious, especially the curry and Amok fish!
The owners and the staff are very friendly and will help you with any question or request you might have. They make you feel right at home! Palm Garden Lodge is conveniently located in a quiet side street in walking distance from the Old Market and town center, but free transport is provided as well. The owners can also arrange drivers for the temples and provide laundry service as well as internet access. Bicycles, tea/coffee, pick up from the airport or bus station are offered for free!
You get a great deal of service for little money, and more importantly, by staying here, you support the locals and not some rich foreign hotel owner. My stay at Palm Garden Lodge was just perfect all around and I can highly recommend this place!" |

| "yea i was in siem reap for a week from 15th to 22nd june 2008 n stayed in the palm garden resort.
excellent service from the matron ms solida n her staff. the rooms were comfortable n spacious, the cleaniness was tip-top and of cuz teh pricing was really cheap.
whats more u get free fetching frm the airport free internet, bicycles n breakfast(the breakfast is nothing to shout abt tho). n the tranportation to tonle sap/angkor wat/anywhere on tuktuks is pretty reasonably priced compared to those on the streets(we asked)
really worth the stay. i recommend it to any traveller looking for a cheap n comfortable stay!
the other downside to palm garden is that the road out to old market is pretty long n it can be a chore to get out in rainy days as the road is wet n uneven otherwise a really top class stay...
p.s the matron's baby is sooooooo cute!!! i wanna hug her!
if i ever go back to siem reap its gonna be palm garden for me =)))))))" |
