| "This hotel is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) to the Central and Old markets. I found booking via asiarooms.com value for money as the published rate was USD240.00 but it was less than USD100.00 via asiarooms.com. The room (superior) is good size for a couple and you have all amenities expected from 5-star category. There is a newly-opened Mall (with a supermarket) just across the road opposite the hotel.
I booked the Angkor Wat tour (car + Englishe-speaking guide) from the hotel but found the guide was not up to standard. Apparently he was a free-lancer and later I found he did not bring us to quite a few sights. Instead by 2pm, the guide recommended us to go for the Tonle Sap Lake tour (USD20.00 per pax) which in my opinion was a total BORE!

| "We booked the Junior Suite Room facing the pool. Well, the location of this hotel is great to visit Angkor Wat area and also at night it is just a walking distance to the Old Market Place. However, the room was just not like what we have expected. Shower was not working well, tap was leaking, toilet was not so clean, at times no hot water etc. Besides that, the room (suites) are not in the main building and there is no lift for older people or special needs. Not sure if the Superior room or Deluxe room were better. It seems many japanese tourist were staying in there...so should be better than the Junior Suites Room. But then again, if you just visit Siem Reap for 1-2 Days ( a touch and go tourist), then it wouldn't be that bad to stay here. " |

| "My boyfriend and I now refer to this hotel as Shangri-la. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay there longer! They had the nicest staff, the most amazing pool (who knew a salt water pool would be so wonderful!), and the most clean, comfortable, and high end rooms. We only paid US $59/night by booking with aisa rooms for what is defintely the nicest room I have ever stayed. (and I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels including 5stars in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, etc). For the money you can't beat the price and it serves as such a wonderful place to come home to after a hot day visiting the magnificent temples of Angkor. I would highly recommend this place to everyone including families, couples, business travelers, etc and make sure you save some time to hang out at the pool!" |

| "This hotel is really value for money, especially such a reasonable low rate offered by AsiaRooms during this off peak season. Thanks to AsiaRooms also for providing the reviews and comments site so that I can refer to previous comments from other people to select this wonderful hotel. Though is a rainning season, I only met less than half an hour rain during my 5-day trip there. The hotel room and its toilet are clean and big, daily breakfast provides a lot of varieties. Its location is really very convenient and may save money from taking tuk-tuk in town, a mini/small supermarket just beside the hotel; take about 2 minutes walk to a new mall just opened opposite the hotel, 10 minutes time walking to center market, old market, pub street and night market. Though the hotel does not provide transport pick up from airport, I managed to book and hire a reliable and honest tuk-tuk driver called Kriss via internet by providing free pick up from airport to hotel and charged at a reasonable price of total USD44 only in 3 days time to the famous archeological parks such as Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Banteay Srei and Rolous Group. Remember to bring mask and jacket as it is very dusty and under hot sun along the road." |
