Would I stay at this location
again:

Probably not
The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and provided me with good information. Unfortunately in the room I was in I could hear the people coughing next door and at 1230 am there was a knock on the door that separates my room from the room next door. It might be better to pay a bit more and get some privacy and quietness at another location. The hotel is on the corner of a main street though that led right into downtown Vancouver. This was very handy. Continental Breakfast was great too!
