This hotel has a great location, lobby, and staff. The rooms and service don't quite feel 4-5 star though. I would try another place next time.

| "Nice hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steamroom are great. Massage is very good value.
Excellent buffet at night for the equivalent of €10 so would recommend it.
Only slight issue is that the website says it's near Tienemen Sq, but it's not that close really. Was a bit disappointed with that.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and I would recommend it highly." |

| "Our stay at the marco polo was excellent. The staff were nearly all excellent and the two men on conierge desk were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble als their english was very good. The food in the restaurant was very good and the evening buffet excellent. Rooms were very clean and everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for your excellent service as well. Nicola Loades" |

| "Fantastic hotel for price. The staff speak very good english and are very helpful. It is a little bit out of the main shopping area, but the taxis are plentiful and dirt cheap. Certainly would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. A good 4 star hotel." |
