The first impression I got for this hotel was when the taxi stop at the front door. Granted, it was a cold day but the 2 bell boy outside the main entrance did not even bother to help unload our bags from the taxi. Only offer to take over after we pull them to the door. The room that was offer to us was warm and stuffy. Only after changing the room twice and the last minute servicing to clear the blocked vent make the room temperature bearable. The carpet was dirty and the this hotel does not warrant a 4 star rating much less the 5 stars stated in the website.
Location of this hotel is not good either with minimum place to visit within walking distance. With prices at US$115 w/o breakfast, you can definitely find a better deal elsewhere.
