| "My wife and I didn't like the hotel and woudn't come back.
The staff, except for the concierge, was not as kind as you could expect and didn't show any interest in helping us when we asked for them.
The room was Ok, but the shower didn't work well (and they were not able to fix it) and bath places were really dirty.
The location is good, but I'd prefer to stay closer to Wangfuging main centre." |

| "The location was perfect for sightseeing.
The staff with very nice and heplful at all times.
If it is your first time to Beijing, then I would suggest this hotel, because of the location, service and mostly because of the staff.

| "Service in abundance, probably the best location in Beijing, very nice swimmingpool and training center, spaciuos areas for a coffee, drink or something to eat... The hotel had the athmosphere of beeing a "chinese" hotel, not just a luxuriuos international hotel like you find everywhere in the world. A lot of beatiful Chinese artefacts added to the experience. Recommended!" |

| "I was hesitate about selecting a hotel over the Internet, however after staying at the Beijing Grand, my worries were un-founded. Beautiful hotel, great accommodations and service. Fantatic location, with an easy walk through city gardens to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square." |

| "This was a fabulous hotel experience! Beautiful physical surroundings (chinese w/all western conveniences);ambience perfect; friendly, warm, hospitable, highly efficient staff. Concierge staff who went way out of their way to assist us with unusual types of arrangements. Ideal location, @ 5 min walk to Forbidden City & T'Square & Wanfujing shopping street. Were upgraded to suite. We loved it! " |

| "After staying at the Crown Plaza in Beijing we were dissapointed with with the Grand.Reasons include, walls in the room were smoke stained & marked, toilet wouldn't flush and the shower didn't spray ( was like a tap rather than a shower ).On the positive side the breakfast was good and the hotel is in a great location." |
