| "The service is excellent. Had some problems with my flight. The concierge did an excellent and professional job in resolving problem with airline. Would recommend this hotel. Never know may run into problems only hotel with international brand may be able to handle professionally and efficiently." |

| "One of the best designed and located hotels in Beijing, it offers examplary service and superb room. I must give praise to the room service which is perfect. The gym, pool and business centre is totally amazing without flaws. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone and I look forward to my next stay in Grand Hyatt Beijing. " |

| "Wonderful services available. The large indoor swimming pool is very well runned. Great for families and kids. Delicious breakfast buffet. Would recommend it to all. The italian restaurant also had a great selection and well established." |
