| "The room was really old style and the carpet needs to be replaced, as well as all the other staff. The bathroom smells bad after having a shower and it needs to be renovated too. We stayed in two rooms and in of the two the window was broken and we haven't been able to lock it. The breackfast is more asian style than western. Don't expect too much. The staff was gentle, even if only few of them can speak english. The location is the best point of this hotel, very close to Beijing station and to the Forbidden city. It's a good place for budget travellers." |

| "Beds were very hard (the hardest we experienced in our 2 weeks travelling round China)Bathroom was very small.On the plus size it was a good location.2min walk to Beijing Train station/subway and 30 min walk to Forbidden city.Easy to catch shuttle from airport and drops you at station.5 min walk from there to hotel." |
