| "The hotel was currently under renovation with changing of carpet and floorings which possibly explained the not too pleasant aroma in the rooms itself, positioning and proximity within the city is a bonus for the hotel however the reception entrance area appears gloomy and needs refereshing with the breakfast area also in need of a revison layout and price wise, The pedestrian entrance to the Hotel lobby /foyer also needs changing as you have to walk some distance in from side entrances before going through the main entrance " |

| "For the price we paid i think we got value for money. The staff are friendly and helpfull with good english.The place is very clean and in a great place to visit major sights aswell as shopping.
Only minus for me was the price of the the beer not that i have a problem :-). the rooms were a little on the warm side too." |

| "This hotel is very conveniently located and easily accessed by Airport coaches, which terminal is just by the hotel. Service provided by the staff and the food at its Grand Shanghai Restaurant is excellent. I'll recommend it to any executive travellers. " |
